Customer Service Coordinator / TRUCK DISPATCHER
As a Customer Service Coordinator / Truck Dispatcher, you will answer telephone calls, maintain data of trucks and trailers for freight pickup and deliveries.
- Maintain a complete and accurate record of inbound freight shipments
- Update equipment movements
- Maintain a complete and accurate log of all inbound freight shipments
- Monitor driver performance and monitor daily logs and hours of work for drivers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 2 years experience required as Logistics Coordinator/ Dispatcher
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
